With a background in kinesiology from the University of Alabama and a specialized education in strength and conditioning from the United States Sports Academy, I have honed an extensive knowledge base in training and performance enhancement.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with a wide range of athletes, from professional-level competitors to high school and even middle school athletes. My expertise spans key areas of athletic development, including sprinting speed, power, strength, and overall performance optimization.
